Payments

PayPal, credit and debit cards, Etsy gift cards and other international payment methods are all accepted.

Shipping

Unearthed Gemstones ships internationally:

Standard shipping:
Deliver in about 7-14 business days

Express shipping:
Deliver in about 2-6 working days

All orders will come with a tracking code.

Please allow a few days before your order is shipped as the finishings on Unearthed Gemstones jewelry are done by hand. Your order will be shipped from the Unearthed Gemstones studio in Hong Kong.

Cancellation Of Payment

Orders may be cancelled any time before the order is shipped. Orders that have already been shipped and custom orders cannot be cancelled.

Taxes And Duties

Unearthed Gemstones is not responsible for any taxes or import duties that your country imposes.

Packaging

Every order will come with the Unearthed Gemstones signature gift box. Multiple items may be packed into one box unless otherwise specified. Receipts and invoices are NOT included by default.

Returns & Exchanges

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide a refund or an exchange within 30 days after the delivery of your order.

Return Process

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition including the packaging gift box. Any shipping fee incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive your returned jewelry, a refund of the final purchase price (the price of the item(s) excluding any discounts and shipping costs) will be issued, or you can request an exchange for another Unearthed Gemstones product with the same final purchase price. Unearthed Gemstones will not be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns.

The first exchange is free. However, any subsequent returns and exchanges will require a $10 restocking fee.

Resizing

You are offered a one-time free resizing to make sure your jewelry is the perfect fit. Your jewelry is required to ship back to us. Any shipping fee incurred during the return process will be the responsibility of the customer except the shipping of the jewelry back to you. Unearthed Gemstones will not be held liable for products lost or damaged in transit for returns.

Please contact us with your resizing details to begin the resizing process.

Lost Items

All items (except those sent to the United States by unregistered shipping) are sent by registered/express shipping and have a tracking code. Due to this, it is highly unlikely for an item to become lost. However, in the case that an item’s tracking record has not updated after 6 weeks from the date of shipping, you may submit a request for a refund, and, after investigation, the final purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded to you.

Items with tracking records that show unsuccessful delivery are considered as undelivered items and not lost.

Undelivered Items

Items with tracking records that show unsuccessful delivery and that are subsequently returned to me are eligible for a full refund of the final purchase price if a request for refund is submitted within 50 days after the shipment of your order.

Please note that unclaimed items are usually kept at the recipient’s local post office for about 6 weeks before being returned to me.

Items that are not received due to an incorrect address being provided at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Items with tracking records that show successful delivery is not eligible for refund and exchange requests.

All refund and exchange requests will be considered on a case by case basis and the decision will be made at the discretion of Unearthed Gemstones.

Returns and Refunds are not applicable to earrings due to hygiene reasons.
